So much to paint on the small Scottish Isle of Arran. I had wonderful weather on my last trip and painted both sea and inland water, including this charming pond halfway up a hill. It has become a favourite, full of light and atmosphere. I had great fun depicting the reeds on the wee island, and the luscious reflections. A symphony in green.
