River Tyne below Haddington

An glorious afternoon spent on the bank of the River Tyne in East Lothian, Scotland.
A local farmer came along to see what I was doing and admired my work. There were sheep in the field opposite and horses behind me. I also caught a flash of turquoise as a kingfisher flew by. I'm delighted to say this piece won a prize for painting at the local East Linton Art Show 2020.
