Oil on 60x60cm (24x24") aluminium panel, mounted and framed.
The inspiration for this painting came from a pond in the Botanic Gardens in Porto, Portugal. I was taken with the very green water and the contrasting crimson of the lily pads. The light glistens on the water and instils a feeling of peace.
This piece is framed in my new deep, off-white, hand-finished framing to a finished size of 79cm square.
