Here I am again at my favourite spot in Dalkeith Country Park, Midlothian. Perched at the top of the hill I can look across at the splendid autumnal display beyond the river. It was a windy day, and I spent quite a bit of time retrieving my belongings from the bottom of the slope! The breeze meant that I had to paint in double quick time before everything blew away, but I am pleased with the result.
Framed in a stunning wide, hand-finished frame, with my signature green border.
